Benefits & Services Rendered By the Commercial Center Managed by Ramita Company Back in 2006, Ramita Company's management with a group of Iraqi businessmen from different backgrounds and experiences met and decided on establishing a Commercial Center which will facilitate the flow of trade and products of companies and business men from out side Iraq to Iraqi business men and merchants, as well as avail all possible opportunities for all parties to know each others needs without necessarily be physically in each others countries. Avail all possible ways and services to make the Iraqi business men and merchants aware of the goods and products available in the world and how such products can be made available to them at the best possible Terms and Prices. Exchange of visits between Iraqi businessmen and supplying /manufacturing companies, are extremely encouraged and welcomed which will allow parties to know each others activities and products, as well as Trading and Economical environments in each others' countries. Ramita Company will be the Liaison and the facilitator between all parties, to allow them achieve their goals in benefiting from the exchange of trade transactions and according to the International and worlds standards. Our target in the Iraqi market is the majority of Merchants and Businessmen with emphasis on the middle and lower market members. Wishing and Capable Iraqi businessmen and merchants, to deal directly with Companies and Manufactures, can do that provided to have full prior coordination with the Center and its Management. Businessmen and merchants' needs and requirements will be completely served and met by the Daily Sales and the Special Commercial Offers which will be offered and managed by the Center and Ramita Company. Iraqi businessmen and merchants can visit our main office in Hafez Alaqadi Area in Baghdad and/or our company's branches in the Iraqi provinces, where they will be received by our employees and well trained resources who will explain, lead and show them all needed information and take all necessary actions to facilitate meeting their needs of goods and products from the Centers' member companies. Our in charge people , and through all different and available tools at our Center whether Displaying Screens, Catalogs and Broachers, will show the businessmen and merchants all kinds/types of desired goods and products as well as their descriptions, prices and any other related details. After all and in light of required quantities to be purchased by merchants, the management of the center will arrange for full completion of the purchase process by filling the related Purchasing Order Slips and the required Banking processing of depositing the value of purchased items at well identified bank account as per well set and agreed upon banking procedures, also the establishment and opening of one L/C covering all required quantities by those merchants as well as the completion of all related processes to the import transactions. All related and available information about the import transaction process with all different steps and developments all through the way till the final delivery of the agreed upon goods and products as per agreed upon details, will be availed to the businessmen and merchants and be made accessible to them through the Automated Network System managed by Ramita Company in Baghdad and the Iraqi provinces.
